These narrower profiled jointers are used to point both Gauged & Glazed brickwork and to provide a thin ruled joint finish on traditional or modern pointing. The steel selected for the blades of the jointers is of an unequalled high quality that is essential to provide toughness with durability for longevity; and precision laser-cut to ensure perfect head shape and accurate sizing that is ‘stamped’ on each tool for ease of selection.
All lead-edges have also been carefully finished to be perfectly smooth so that no expensive time needs to be wasted by the artisan in removing the milled edges that arises from cutting; and typically seen on the other tools.
The hand/turned handles are made from a selected hardwood, that is rot-proof, and which are finished smooth, varnished and lacquered to provide for comfortable handling throughout a long and successful working life.
